Among Mattei Group’s objectives for 2025 is strong investment in the industrial sector, both in terms of designing new products and increased presence at key trade fairs across various industries.
“We are resuming interest in trade fairs,” explains CEO Giulio Contaldi. “In particular, after years, we are returning to Bauma in Munich, the world’s leading fair for construction machinery, building materials, the mining industry, construction vehicles, and equipment. More importantly, it is a benchmark event for innovation and market trends in the sector.”
At the event, the spotlight will be on PTO – Power Take Over compressors, particularly the RVA and RVAC series, featuring an integrated oil cooling unit and a flange for engine coupling. These models include a compression unit, oil filter, oil tank, and oil separator, along with integrated intake, non-return, minimum pressure, and regulation valves—all in a single unit. The product range ensures consistent efficiency over time, thanks to cast iron vanes that glide frictionlessly on an oil film, minimising wear and making maintenance easier and more cost-effective.
Also on display will be the C450 compressor, a historic model produced by Mattei for over 40 years. This compressor is widely used in applications such as concrete spraying and quarrying operations for tunnel construction, thanks to its robustness and reliability under extreme conditions.
“Our American Team will also be present at Bauma. We are investing in expanding our overseas market, and we are confident that attending such a major trade fair will be a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit and share ideas, actions, and visions.”
Following Hannover Messe in April and Bauma, Mattei Group will also be present at Autopromotec in Bologna (21st-24th May), the most specialised international exhibition for automotive equipment and the aftermarket sector. Visitors will be able to view several models from the Blade series, designed for the automotive sector and workshops. This series is noted for its compact yet robust design, ensuring quiet and reliable operation while optimising energy efficiency.
The final international event of the year will take place in Hamburg (15th-18th June) at UITP, the global public transport exhibition—a key sector for Mattei Group, which has a dedicated Rail and Transportation division. At UITP, we plan to showcase compressors for trams and buses, which are on-board solutions.
Also on display will be the XT-65 compressor, certified by four international patents and specifically designed for electric and hybrid buses. The XT-65 stands out for its reduced energy consumption and ease of installation. Alongside it, the RVT-65 compressor offers a fully integrated solution designed to cut maintenance time and cost.
Finally, the RVR range, dedicated to the railway and public transport sectors, ensures consistent performance and low energy consumption, thanks to its extremely low rotational speed, which also guarantees quiet operation.
