Four-star players from the Vero Volleyball team shine at the Paris 2024 Olympics. The aces from Numia Vero Volley Milano – a team whose sponsors include the Mattei Group – are now Olympic champions: Paola Egonu, Anna Danesi, Myriam Sylla and Alessia Orro.
The Italian National Volleyball Team, under the leadership of Julio Velasco – an award-winning coach famous for having already led the men's team to success in the 1990s, earning the nickname “generation of prodigies” – wrote history last August 11 by winning a splendid Olympic gold medal.
A fantastic achievement reached thanks to the “Velasco method” and the players’ commitment to their clubs and their passion and dedication, not only at major events but also in daily training and championship matches.
