Mattei Group, a leading innovator in rotary vane compressor design and manufacturing, has selected Hannover Messe, one of the premier industrial trade shows, as the stage to present its latest-generation compressor. Taking place in Hannover from 31 March to 4 April 2025, the event will feature a sneak peek into the company’s upcoming release. The new model is poised to redefine industry standards with its high capacity, performance and green credentials.
Building on the success of the RVXi series, which uses patented Xtreme technology and is hailed as the most innovative of all time, Mattei Group is now ready to launch the new model. This rotary vane compressor, with power options ranging from 110 to 200 kW (110-132-160-200 kW), is engineered to deliver superior performance and enhanced energy efficiency. Equipped with an advanced latest-generation controller that meets Industry 4.0 standards, it ensures intelligent optimisation of production processes.
The range also features an expanded capacity, increasing the minimum limit by up to 30% compared to the current values between 50% and 100%, providing unprecedented operating flexibility. The new model promises to be more powerful, deliver higher performance and be greener than existing solutions.
The trade show is the perfect stage for Mattei Group (Hall 12, Booth D16), a company that has been at the forefront of the industry for over 105 years. Mattei compressors produce compressed air efficiently, drastically cutting down energy costs, CO2 emissions and machinery operating costs. This is due to their exclusive and patented vane technology and an engineering design that eliminates air leaks during compression, minimises mechanical leaks and achieves 90% mechanical efficiency, with significantly lower energy consumption than conventional screw compressors.
Figures reveal that Mattei compressors, thanks to their high volumetric and mechanical efficiency and low rotational speed, deliver over 15% energy savings compared to other rotary air compressors, along with a significantly extended runtime and nearly zero maintenance costs.
