The OMIC SB and SBi screw compressor series are designed with a belt transmission connection that helps provide lower power consumption across the work cycles.

The compact shape, achieved through optimal component arrangement, makes the compressors ideal for continuous work or short work cycles, whilst offering high performance.

OMIC i Controller

Electronic controller with multifunction displaystarting from SB 4 version.

Intake valve and air filter

The on/off valve works in synergy with the high efficiency intake filter, ensuring reliability and consistent performance.
Separator tank, oil filter, and separator filter

High air quality, compact system, simple maintenance. Small oil tank for intermittent or continuous work.
Refrigeration dryer

High air quality, limited pressure drop even under extreme load conditions, extremely stable dew point.
Lifting Bar

Ideal for perfect movement with a trolley without damaging the compressor body
Filters

Developed for efficient removal of solid particles, water, oil, hydrocarbons, and odors from the compressed air line with low pressure loss.
Inverter

The Inverter system ensures maximum energy savings. When compressed air demand varies, the compressor’s rotation speed adapts to the required output, increasing efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
Belt transmission

Motor and airend are connected with belt transmission, designed to minimise power losses and still to be efficient at high speeds. Low operating and maintenance costs.
Rigid air/oil connection pipes

No maintenance for the entire life of the compressor and increased heat dissipation and reliability.
