The Mattei RVD Series includes fixed-speed rotary vane air compressors from 4 to 55 kW, designed for industrial applications requiring reliable compressed air supply and extended maintenance intervals.

Combining Mattei's proven rotary vane technology with direct-drive transmission, the RVD Series features robust construction, advanced electronic controls and dedicated cooling systems, even for demanding operating environments.

Main technical features of the RVD series:

Direct-drive transmission: the 1:1 coupling eliminates belts and gears, along with their associated mechanical transmission losses and maintenance requirements.
Long-lasting rotary vane technology: Mattei's proprietary bearing-less rotor-stator unit is designed for an operating life exceeding 100,000 hours, without scheduled airend overhauls.
Dedicated cooling systems: cooling solutions designed to maintain operating temperatures in demanding environments, with ambient temperature ratings of up to 46°C for RVD 4–22 and 45°C for RVD 30–55.
Advanced electronic control: MAIA (RVD 4–22) and Maestro XC (RVD 30–55) touchscreen controllers provide real-time operating data, programmable functions, diagnostics and remote connectivity.
Oil management system: dedicated oil circulation, recovery and separation solutions support the operation of the rotary vane compression unit, with specific configurations for each compressor range.
Simplified maintenance: direct access to service components and dedicated maintenance solutions facilitate routine servicing and help minimise downtime.

RVD/RVD OPEN 4-22

The RVD Series is Mattei's range of lubricated rotary vane compressors with direct coupling, available from 4 to 22 kW. Available in either a soundproof enclosure or an open-frame configuration, it delivers quiet operation and high-quality air for industrial environments.
