The new RVX 90-110 UP represents a strategic evolution of Mattei's established range of rotary vane compressors, delivering high performance in a robust fixed-speed configuration. 
Available in 90 and 110 kW versions, it provides flow rates of up to 20.7 m³/min and incorporates the new M215 air-end and MAIA, Mattei's next-generation programmable controller for system monitoring, scheduling, compressor coordination, and remote connectivity through an intuitive and user-friendly interface.

BENEFITS

New M215 RSU (Rotor Stator Unit)

The heart of the RVX 90-110 UP & i is the brand-new M215 air-end, engineered to maximise air delivery while maintaining optimal energy efficiency. This design reflects a strategic move to integrate new technologies into a proven platform, enhancing efficiency, control, and overall performance.

Direct Inlet System

The M215 air-end integrates a direct inlet system that ensures seamless airflow into the compression chamber, eliminating pressure drops and optimising the air-lubricant mixture. The result is a more stable, more consistent and more efficient compression process.

Xtreme Injection Technology

Building on Mattei's renowned Xtreme injection system, the M215 features axial nozzles that deliver superior cooling efficiency by keeping the air-end at its optimal operating temperature even under high load. A refined injection process reduces the amount of circulating oil, improving both separation and lubrication performance. The outcome is reduced wear, lower energy losses, extended component life and lower operating costs.

New Controller — MAIA

The RVX 90-110 UP is equipped with the new MAIA controller, featuring a 10-inch high-resolution touchscreen display for intuitive navigation and complete system management. Beyond a simple interface, MAIA delivers advanced diagnostics and analytics to continuously optimise compressor performance. 

Timed Oil Recovery System

An integrated timed oil recovery system ensures that oil is managed efficiently throughout the compression cycle, minimising losses and supporting cleaner, more sustainable operation. This system works in synergy with the Xtreme injection technology to maintain optimal lubrication at all times.

Multiple Drain Ports

Strategically positioned drain ports throughout the machine enable easy and convenient servicing, reducing maintenance time and supporting clean, efficient operations.
