Our Innovations Team has analysed the needs of the market to deliver an effective and long-lasting response to the demands of industry, propelling Mattei into the world of Industry 4.0 with the new RVXi range.
The RVXi range is equipped with the new Maestro XC controller, with a 10” touchscreen interface, remote control functions, internet connectivity linking to company networks thanks to its built-in modem, and email notifications in case of failure or malfunction.
It will be possible to monitor compressor parameters in real-time, both via the Maestro XC touchscreen controller, as well as remotely via Mattei Cloud.
Mattei is also launching the new 10 – 15 HP RVD series, which are highly reliable and with low maintenance costs.
The RVD Series eliminates problematic belt and sheave drive transmissions by using a simple jaw-coupling that connects a high-efficiency TEFC motor to the most robust and long-lasting air compressor designs found anywhere on the planet.
This range has great stability over time thanks to our exclusive hydraulically-controlled inlet valve, which, unlike competitive pneumatic control circuits, ensures consistent and reliable long-term pressure regulation.
