Introducing our latest innovation: Isolated Cooling Zone Technology. A fixed-speed radial fan with dependable IEC motor draws ambient air through rear-panel mounted oversized coolers into the Isolated Cooling Zone and exhausts hot air through the roof ready for disposal or heat reclamation. This keeps the cabinet cooler and cleaner and makes radiator cleaning quick and easy without blowing dirt throughout the cabinet and, there is even a Pressure Vent Access Port to connect your blowgun hose and to vent downstream of the check valve when performing separator maintenance!
Add in the Heat Recovery Option to repurpose heat waste to pre-heat process water to 70°C/158°F and, the Oil Quality Sensor option to know exactly when to change the oil.
Nobody has longer filter change intervals, either. The oil filter is rated for 5,000 hours and, the air/oil separator filter are rated for 10,000 hours and limit oil carryover to 1-3 mg/m3 (ppm w/w).
