Mattei's "Custom Project" division is able to develop tailor-made solutions for every request. The degree of customization of a Mattei compressor is very high: from the application of one or more of the many accessories in the price list to the type of motor and the design and manufacturing of fully CUSTOMIZED solutions.

Energy Savings

Like all Mattei products, the customized solutions are designed based on energy savings and they are equipped with IE3 or IE4 efficiency class motors.
The low rotation speed of the air end and the 1:1 direct coupling between the electric motor and the compressor ensure energy savings of more than 15% compared to other rotary compressors.

Extreme Operating Conditions

Mattei designs and manufactures solutions with special requirements able to operate in any climatic or environmental conditions (extreme temperatures, presence of dust, particulate matter, chemicals, magnetic fields, etc.) while maintaining constant compressed air quality.

Custom Dimensions

Mattei's customized solutions can be designed to meet special space requirements: compact and lightweight, Mattei compressors are able to meet the most demanding space requirements.

Simple and Economical Maintenance

For all Mattei solutions, maintenance only involves changing the oil at scheduled intervals, cleaning or changing the air filter and cleaning the radiator. The absence of rolling bearings contributes significantly to reducing maintenance costs. These standard costs are, however, low because of the near unlimited lifespan of the vanes, rotor and if proper maintenance is performed. Over 100,000 hours of operation are guaranteed without the need to replace the compression unit.
