GAS Compressors

Mattei designs rotary vane compressors to compress different types of gas (sweet gas, acid gas and biogas). The complete range of GAS machines ranges from 5HP up to 275HP and is available as stand-alone units for OEM applications or according to specific customer needs.

Reliability Over Time

Mattei gas compressors work at full capacity 24/7

The rotor, blades, stator and covers are made entirely of cast iron. This construction feature ensures:

  • no replacement necessary;
  • totally reliable operation;
  • duration of the compressor over time;
  • greater efficiency.

Control of Gas flow Rate at Constant Pressure

A particular software performs a feedback control function, before the gas is introduced into the compressor, checking that the suction pressure is compliant with the parameters set based on the request.

Excellent Gas Quality

Mattei compressors' multi-stage filtration system guarantees excellent gas quality.

Ease of Installation

Thanks to their compact design, the installation of GAS compressors is quick and space-saving.

Range

The range of GAS machines with power ratings from 5HP up to 275HP is available as stand-alone units for OEM applications or according to customer specifications. All versions are complete with automatic flow rate control at constant pressure, integrated or remote radiator and threaded or flanged gas inlet device.
