Simple, Economical Maintenance

Without enclosure, the ERC 1030, 2037-2045 compressors allow for simple and fast maintenance and service operations. The absence of roller or angular thrust bearings contribute significantly to reduced maintenance costs. These service related savings result because the vanes, rotor and stator have an almost unlimited life when proper maintenance is performed. Over 100,000 hours of operation are guaranteed without the need to replace or rebuild the compression unit.

Safety and Protections

• automatic flow rate control: a special hydraulically-controlled proportional modulating suction valve allows a constant discharge pressure and the possibility of working even without receiver. When operated in Modulation, the air flow rate automatically adapts to the air demand of the network to which the compressor is connected, with clear energy savings.
• Thermostatic valve:  Classic series, ERC 1030-2037-2045 models, are equipped with a thermostatic valve that maintains the ideal operating temperature for optimum energy efficiency.

Electronic Control

Classic series compressors, ERC 1030-2037-2045 version, are equipped with the MICROMAT electronic controller that controls and monitors the compressor's operation.

Standard Equipment

• Wye delta motor starter: reduces inrush current during starting phase;
• safety thermostat maintains the proper operating temperature to prevent the build-up of moisture in the lubricant;
• pressure gauge;
• first filling with oil “ROTOROIL F2”;
• high-efficiency intake filter: the 99% efficient filtration system ensures quality compressed air for every application, while the special multi-stage oil separation guarantees a residual oil content in the air of less than 3 ppm w/w;
• aftercooler of the compressed air suitably sized and fully made in aluminium.
