ENERGY SAVINGS
Equipped with high efficiency IE3 inverter duty rated electric motors with insulated shaft (IE4 option also available).
The low rotation speed of the air end and the 1:1 direct coupling between the electric motor and the compressor ensure energy savings of more than 35% or more compared to other rotary compressors.
SIMPLE, ECONOMICAL MAINTENANCE
The RVD series requires minimum maintenance, the few operations required are facilitated by proper kits specifically designed to speed up the operations. Maintenance costs are low because the vanes, rotor and stator have an almost unlimited life if proper maintenance is performed. Over 100,000 hours of operation are guaranteed without the need to replace the compression unit.
ENHANCED COOLING
Advanced Cooling Zone Technology keeps the cabinet interior clean and cool in hot dirty environments. A fixed-speed radial fan with dependable IEC motor draws ambient air through rear-panel mounted oversized coolers into the Isolated Cooling Zone and exhausts the hot air through the roof ready for disposal or heat reclamation. Access panels make for fast and easy radiator cleaning. Rated to 45°C ambient.
QUALITY COMPRESSED AIR
The special multi-stage air-oil separation filter is rated for 10.000 hours, and the oil filter is rated for 5.000 hours or, about double the life of conventional filters. The system ensures a content of residual oil lower than 3 mg/m3.
INVERTER-CONTROLLED COMPRESSOR
Rugged and reliable AC inverter manages TEFC inverter rated drive motor speed as directed by Maestro XC to deliver smooth speed changes and maximum energy efficiency across a wide range of flow rates.
ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER
IIoT Industry 4.0 ready Maestro XC, 7” touchscreen control panel includes ethernet connectivity and a 4G modem as standard. Communicates with the free Mattei Cloud to be able to deliver real-time operational and historical data globally.
INTEGRATED OIL QUALITY SENSOR
This option provides for real-time Industry 4.0 ready predictive maintenance modeling of lubricant acidity. Interfaces with Maestro XC controller programed to manage sensor output. Lubricant condition can be monitored remotely by customer or distributor via the free Mattei Cloud.
