RVX 55-75-90 i compressors are equipped with IE3 or IE4 classified, energy-efficient motors. In combination with variable speed compressors, governed by an inverter, energy-savings in excess of 30% are achievable, as such, RVXi Series compressors when outfitted with an IE4 rated motor, deliver IE5 efficiency class performance for the entire package.
The inverter system is designed to automatically adjust the motor rotation speed, thus adapting the output air flow to the changing system requirements. It adjusts the compressor rotation speed according to the actual usage, avoiding unnecessary energy waste to make our machines even more efficient.
Xtreme Thermal Management
The energy-saving electric fan connected to the inverter regulates the cooling air flow depending on the machine oil temperature. This system is managed by an electronic thermostatic valve, which works symbiotically with the variable speed fan on the basis of actual oil temperatures, to optimise energy consumption and maintain the desired operating temperature.
XTREME OIL INJECTION TECHNOLOGY
This innovative and proprietary lubrication advancement blankets the compression cells with a fine mist of atomised oil to capture the heat of compression more efficiently than traditional methods. This improves the cell volume-to-lubricant ratio and improves the thermal exchange between air-and-oil during the compression process to achieve unrivalled levels of energy efficiency in the rotary compressor sector.
Simple, Economical Maintenance
Maintenance is limited to changing the oil at scheduled intervals, cleaning or changing the air filter and cleaning the radiator. The absence of roller bearings contributes significantly to reducing lifecycle maintenance costs.
These costs are however low because the vanes, rotor and stator have an almost unlimited life if proper maintenance is performed. Over 100,000 hours of operation are typical without the need to replace or re-bearing the compression unit.
Compact Design and Silent Operation
The compact design and small footprint allow installation even in confined spaces. Large hinged doors and easily removable panels allow complete accessibility for all maintenance and service operations. The base is equipped with openings that permit easy lifting and handling.

RVX 55-75-90 I compressors are equipped with Maestro XC controller that makes it possible to control, monitor and program the compressor's operation. This controller monitors compressor parameters in real-time. The unit can also be controlled remotely via the Mattei XCloud internet portal.
