The condensation system of Mattei MD dryers ensures the maximum cooling circuit yield, even in case of wide fields of use or highly variable ambient temperatures.

"Demister" Type Condensate Separator

This high-efficiency separation device is integrated into the drying module. It requires no maintenance and offers the further benefit of creating a cold coalescence effect for an excellent air drying. The large storage volume ensures proper dryer operation, even with very humid inlet air.

Large Surface Air-coolant Exchanger

The large size of the exchange surface results in proper and complete refrigerant evaporation (avoiding liquid returns to the compressor).

Electronic Condensate Drain

MD dryers are equipped with timed, adjustable electronic condensate drain.

"Hot Gas" by-pass Valve

Available as optional, it prevents the formation of ice inside the evaporator.

Respect for the Environment

Only eco-friendly gases are used in MD dryers, in accordance with the regulations in force.
